The day I released my personal project "Beats - FLOW" I received a request from Specialized to create key visuals for their new vented shoe - it’s light weight and allows air to flow through... Yep, they needed to represent air “flow”. Talk about strange timing. The visual technique was a perfect creative solution for their product. I tweaked it a bit with a glass material and soft gray tones to represent the cooling effect of the shoe. I shot the shoes in studio and then composited them into the CGI scenes.
